Shipping Timetable:

The fulfillment process starts as soon as your order is placed. Orders ship out as soon as possible, generally within 36-48 hours. We send your order details along to the appropriate vendor(s) and stay in full contact with them until your order has been processed & shipped. Currently, all orders ship via ground delivery service, we use any of the following shipping couriers: FedEx, UPS and/or USPS.

You will receive an email notification with your orders tracking # as soon as your package ships.

To expedite an order please contact us directly, to arrange the details.

Return Policies are as follows:

  • In the event of a return order, Kids Outlet must receive an email and/or phone call requesting a refund within 7 days of delivery. An explanation for the return will be required as well. Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may return the product(s) for a full refund, however the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Within 7-30 days of receiving your order, you may return the products(s) for a refund, Minus a 25% restocking fee + return shipping costs.
  • After 30 days of receiving your order, all sale are final.

In the case of a defective product, please contact us so we can deal with the specific details.
